A: No, as it stands, the fastest way is to call our office (505-325-0029) during office hours (Mon - Thurs. 9 AM - 6 PM; Fri. 9 AM - 5 PM; Sat. 11 AM - 3 PM).
Q: Why have this software if it doesn't expedite requests?
A: Great question! This is an experiment to see if this can help us with custom builds and in field requests. Customers are more than welcome to submit any ticket that they wish (this doesn't always show up for us).
